21st Annual Wabash Valley Wine and Art Festival Announced

The 21st annual Wabash Valley Wine and Art Festival will be held on Saturday, October 5th and Sunday, October 6th, 2024, on Main Street in Palestine, IL.  The festival runs from 11:30am to 6:00 pm CST on Saturday and noon to 5pm CST on Sunday.  It will feature 13 wineries, handmade art and craft vendors, wooden furniture, paintings and prints, jewelry, food, live music, and a Sunday afternoon Cruise-In.  Entry into the festival is FREE!  Local businesses and restaurants will be open during the festival to serve you!  Get more details on our WEBSITE palestinewinefest.com or our Wabash Valley Wine & Art Fest Facebook page.

Music all day, both days!  Live entertainment takes place under the Main Street Pavilion.  Saturday entertainment kicks off with Mullet Over Band from 1:30-4:30pm.  Sunday features Shelby Jones from 12:30-2pm and 3-4:30pm. 

Pick up and purchase location for your wristband/tasting glass will be Fife Opera House 123 S. Main Street.  A wristband and glass are required to sample wines.  $20 per person per day at the festival.  Advance purchase is available for $15 at palestinewinefest.com.  All wine tasting participants MUST BE 21 yrs. old.  Photo ID is required.

Crawford County Collectibles Car Club cruise-in on Sunday Oct. 6 from 1-4pm.  Location: North end of Main St. & Harmon’s Drug Store parking lot.

Festival events take place rain or shine!

The Palestine Development Association uses proceeds from the festival to help support community projects.  Past projects include Main Street Pavilion and sound system, electrical improvements for Main Street, fireworks for Christmas in the Park, playground equipment, park improvements, police vests/cameras, ball diamond lighting, Support Our Students Project, landscape projects and many more
